When the cleaning staff sings while they clean, it's probably a good sign. From first contact to receiving a receipt of payment, everything was smooth with Baltimore HCS. I talked to Paola over the phone and text, and was provided an estimated quote and list of services included. Two women showed up on time the next day and proceeded to spend a little over 2 hours for the deep cleaning service, for our 2-floor row home. They moved fast but were thorough in their cleaning, and clearly had a system in place for how to navigate the different areas of the house. I asked for specific attention paid to certain areas due to a recent plumbing issue, and they happily accommodated. Thank you very much Zulma and Ana! We don't expect to require professional cleaning very often, but will definitely be contacting Baltimore HCS again! They communicated well and there were no surprises throughout the whole process. Ok, maybe one surprise. You should've seen the oven tray before and after they cleaned it - pristine. We were impressed by how much area they covered within the 2 hours.

We contacted BHCS to do a deep clean of our home and couldn't be happier with the result. They were incredibly prompt in replying to our inquiry, texting with me to schedule everything and confirming via email the following day. They showed up 10 mins early, brought everything they needed and did a bang up job -- the house looks amazing. Our crew, Saira & Nora, were respectful, efficient and thorough and we can't thank them enough. They were even flexible when I had to leave the house for an hour! I left while they were starting on the second floor and I came back and they were still hard at work! We will definitely be contracting with BHCS regularly moving forward.

Best cleaning service I’ve ever had, and I’ve had quite a few. We use them to clean the common areas in our condominium building, and also use them to clean our condominium unit. Their crew of two is very thorough. They clean under all the furniture; the place is spotless when hey leave. And their pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend them.

They were able to provide me with a quote and organized a date and time with him, and were able to send the bill to me very easily. He absolutely loved it and it was so worth they money. The two technicians did an amazing job! We are almost 2 weeks post cleaning and things still look great. I also used to use them for monthly cleanings before it was no longer in my budget and they did a great job. Highly recommend. Team HILDA did it again! Totally amazing. So thorough. So efficient. Did I say THOROUGH!!! Cannot say that enough! They clean as I did when I was able. Though retired, I have polyarthritis and keep house at times from my wheelchair. With my big, hairy (beloved) dogs, it shows!!! I would like to think I can still “do it all.” Just no! The detailing they do as they go along is wonderful. What little I now can accomplish takes me hours. Team Hilda does so much in much less time. It is like a ballet. My little cottage shines! I can now enjoy my place and my pups! It is no longer an endless “to do list.”

Great service and easy to schedule. I wanted to clean my new home prior to moving in. Due to unexpected events, I ended up having to cancel the initial appointment and change to a new date. Valeria worked with me to secure a time that worked for me and kept in communication with me throughout the entire process. Despite the fact that the house was no longer empty and had some small boxes and furniture items, there was no changes to the service or the price. I was very happy with their work.
